4. Appointment & Communication Terms

When you provide your contact information (including your phone number) through the Site, contact form, or during the intake process, you consent to us contacting you for purposes directly related to your care, including:

- Appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations

- Follow-up communications related to treatment

- Billing and payment reminders

- Important practice updates (office hours, provider changes, weather-related closures, safety alerts, etc.)

- Carrier Messaging Disclaimer - SMS and text message communications are facilitated through third-party telecommunications carriers and messaging infrastructure. We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or receipt of any text message, as delivery is subject to the policies, procedures, and technical limitations of mobile carriers and network providers. We are not liable for any delays, failures, errors, omissions, or interruptions in the transmission or receipt of text messages, including (but not limited to): - Messages not delivered due to carrier filtering, spam blocking, network congestion, or technical issues - Messages delivered to an incorrect or outdated phone number - Any costs, damages, or losses arising from the use or non-use of our text messaging services You acknowledge that text messaging is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We may send you appointment-related and other transactional (non-marketing) text messages using the phone number you provide.

- Message frequency varies — typically 2–8 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule

- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to messages you send or receive

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for more information. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us.

Important: Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive care or communicate with us through other channels (phone calls, email, patient portal, in-person).
